The Withdrawal Agreement 2020 also stipulates that the UK Parliament is SOVEREIGN in clause 38.
This was reinforced by the @thatginamiller Supreme Court case.

The Clause 38 is part of an International Treaty and can legally be used. Both parties signed it.

"This prerogative power includes the power to negotiate international treaties, to amend them, & to withdraw from them.
