Why are shitlibs letting billionaire asshole rapist President Donald Trump live rent free in their heads? I’d never vote for the guy, but I don’t obsess over him like a spurned lover. My theory is that deep down, every prominent Democrat knows that Pied Piper is real. Trump was
Supposed to lose. He won by accident, by a fluke. He’s a phony, a Manhattan neoliberal Democrat playing an ultra nationalist paleo con. He copied Pat Buchanan’s message and ran on it, knowing that neoconservative Republicans were vulnerable to it. He was asked to run by Bill.
Why? Because Hillary Clinton was and remains a toxic and singularly unpopular politician and the Clintons know it. She lost to a freshman Senator from Illinois in the 2008 primaries despite smearing him with smears later used by Republicans. She had to find a sneaky way to win.
I’m convinced that the Clintons asked Trump to start the birtherist movement in order to make Obama a one term President and pave the way for Hillary. It’s no accident that some in the press were urging Obama at the nadir of his popularity not to seek re-election.
When that coup failed, Hillary distanced herself from President Obama and didn’t stay in as Secretary of State to avoid Libya and Syria blowback. She wanted to leave Obama holding the bag. While I don’t like Obama, he treated her far better than she deserved, given her conduct.
To this day, I wonder if he ever suspected that Hillary and Bill conspired against him?
They even plotted to push Biden out of the way. Biden is now just a placeholder for Kamala Harris, a Clinton puppet and clone. Obama didn’t help Biden until long after Harris failed spectacularly in the primaries. Frankly, I think that Obama has been ill advised.
If he knew that Hillary betrayed him, I doubt that he would have helped her win the nomination.
I say this as a guy who beer even voted for Obama. I voted for Bob Barr in 2008, Ron Paul in the Republican primaries, and Mitt Romney in 2012. I voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016 after leaving the Republican Party in protest of Trump. I was a Never Trump Republican, but not a
Neoconservative, which is unusual. Most Never Trump Republicans are neocon warmongers, but not me. I gradually moved leftward, and even as a Republican donated to Bernie Sanders. I preferred him to Hillary and hoped to vote for him instead of her in November 2016.
I just didn’t really expect him to have a realistic shot until it was too late to change party registration before the Arizona primary.
