The concept of herd immunity generally relates to achieving immunity SAFELY in as much of the population as possible through vaccination, and by achieving high levels of protection we also protection more susceptible individuals. Aiming for immunity through widespread infection

is a risky strategy. Comes with potentially significant morbidity and mortality, even in those less at risk of complications. Post infectious sequelae may also be significant. Regarding SARS-CoV2, we don't currently know if infection confers immunity. Let's continue to do all we
