This voter has always been conservative on racial justice (backing Jill Stein hardly says otherwise).

“I support BLM but I resent having to take a ‘don’t be racist’ course” probably means that support was greatly limited. https://twitter.com/Redistrict/status/1304788285852725248
Bearing in mind that there was violence and riots during the Civil Rights Movement and conservatives blamed MLK for it rather than the white cops beating up protesters.
I am also wary of people who claim Biden didn’t do enough to “condemn the violence” (a lie) while Trump has egged it on and has never condemned police violence.
The “microaggression” comment says a lot. You could arguably have the best-case scenario where after George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Jacob Blake, there are non-violent protests for a weekend and everyone, including the police, agree to make changes. She’d still object.
Even the most West Wing-style conclusion to this situation would inconvenience this voter and earn her ire. So ... yeah, she is not actually anti-racist.
It’s like the people who didn’t want to shelter in place for a few weeks and still complain today about wearing masks.
