A list of things Jurgen Klopp has blamed for not winning:
After a defeat to Southampton, Klopp blamed the elements

First half, it was difficult – the wind was really strange, it was difficult to handle, You saw one or two balls when the ball stopped in a moment when nobody knew about it. That was difficult for a football-playing side.”
After a 3-2 loss to West Brom in 2018, Klopp blamed the TV.

What I heard was that the actual extra time in the first half should have been 10 minutes. It was only four minutes. Of course that’s not possible, you can’t cut match time because there is something else to broadcast"
After a 2-2 draw with West Brom:

"I was not happy with the pitch. You never played football, obviously. It makes a massive difference. If you’re like West Brom, the ball constantly in the air, you don’t need a wet pitch. That’s how it is and we have to deal with that"
After a 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Wolves, Klopp yet again blamed the wind:

“The wind didn’t help, players struggled to control the ball.”
After a 1-1 draw with Leicester, Klopp switched from wind to snow:

“You saw that the ball didn’t roll really, if you have the ball pretty much for 70 to 80 percent of the time it makes it really uncomfortable. The only problem is if snow stays on the pitch and that was the case”
Back to the wind after a 0-0 draw with Everton:

"I know people don't like when I say that but, the wind was coming from all directions and did not help any football."
Another 0-0 draw, another excuse. Klopp blamed his own home pitch:

"The pitch was really dry today. We gave it all the water we had but after 15 minutes it was really dry again with the wind. It was difficult. In a possession game you need to have the best circumstances"
After not being able to beat an injury stricken United, Klopp blamed them for being injured:

"Everyone saw at United we were confident and we were much better when all of United’s players were on the pitch but the game changed completely."
After a draw with West Ham, Klopp blamed the referee for making a call which favoured Liverpool and gave them a goal:

“We had good moments and we score the goal which was offside… the referee must know that at half-time"
