1/ Our hearts are broken. Islamic Republic murdered #NavidAfkari, an innocent man for the crime of protesting. When I talked to his mother, she had hope the world could save his son. He was a wrestler. Our demand is for the world to ban Islamic Republic from international sports.

Every morning Navid’s mother checked the judiciary’s website to see whether he was alive or not. Today he’s not. The whole family is broken right now. In a taped message from inside the prison, Navid said: If I’m hanged, know that an innocent man has been killed.

This is a warning for international community. Islamic Republic is a murdering regime that cares nothing about basic human rights. Do not allow apologists to “explain away” this murder.
4-There was absolutely no evidence to prove that Navid was guilty. They also arrested 2 of Navid’s brothers, Habib and Vahid. They tortured them to get false confessions against Navid.
