QPR’s traditional shorts and socks are both white, giving #NFFC a chance to simply swap our white shorts and leave our shirts and socks red

Result is a nice all red kit or the odd black pair of shorts

19 games in 30 years with YouTube highlights where possible ⬇️
1 - 1990/91

We begin with some appalling picture quality

Brian Clough always favoured playing in all red when the white shorts clashed, which Des and Psycho model here, as they question who was at fault for the penalty

#QPR 1-2 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
2 - 1991-92

Teddy Sheringham grabs a brace in a 2-0 win, all in red. Great Shipstones kit too

#QPR 0-2 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
3 - 1992/93

The pinstripes are there, if you look closely, with Labatt’s taking the sponsor.

Last trip to Loftus Road for BC as we’re on the wrong end of crazy 4-3 result

#QPR 4-3 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
4 - 1994-95

For the kids out there, @ErlingHaaland wasn’t the OG

The 90s saw a lot of black make its way into Forest’s kit, esp. with alternative shorts

#QPR 1-1 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
5 - 1995/96

Another draw, but with some slightly different trim on the black shorts

I do like the amount of black in the 90s kits, all looks very smart

#QPR 1-1 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
6 - 1997/98

I always think this kit looks odd with Pinnacle instead of Labatts

I guess we’re used to seeing the Premier League years of Labatt’s and not so much these Div 1 pictures

The black trim styling continues

#QPR 0-1 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
7 - 1999/00

We’re out the Premier League, and we’ll end up staying up

No black in the home shirt now, but that didn’t stop the shorts

#QPR 1-1 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
8 - 2000/01

Into the new century and we went back for all red, as a result of having red Away shorts available

For alternative shorts, the trim actually matches very well

#QPR 1-0 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
9 - 2004/05 FA Cup

First meeting in a few years, due to QPR’s League one stint

Somehow, Yohan Folly got himself a goal in this 3-0 win, giving us some hope of a cup run

#QPR 0-3 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
10 - 2004/05

Same kit as earlier in the year, but a very different result

A 2-1 defeat confirms Forest’s relegation to the third tier for the first time in 50 years

#QPR 2-1 #NFFC

🔴⚫️🔴
11 - 2008/09

For this season, QPR changed to blue shorts, allowing Forest to go for their full home kit

Nice to play in the full home kit when away, but it didn’t help the result

#QPR 2-1 #NFFC

🔴⚪️🔴
12 - 2009/10

Back to all red, with these shorts being specially used for these occasions, as opposed to being part of an away kit

#QPR 1-1 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
13 - 2010/11

Although it’s all red, the large white panel really doesn’t match up well on this kit

Loved this shirt though

#QPR 1-1 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
14 - 2013/14

These red shorts did look fantastic with this shirt, but I’ve always been curious; what was that random sponsor/symbol on the back of the shorts??

Horrible result.

#QPR 5-2 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
15 - 2015/16

What do you even say about this?

The yellow kit was fantastic, but why in the world it came out here, we’ll never know @PointlessAway

Seemed to help the result though. First win at Loftus Road in nearly 20 years

#QPR 1-2 #NFFC

🟡🟡🟡
16 - 2016/17

Second year in a row we went for an unnecessary away kit change. We did have a habit of doing this under @fawaz_alhasawi1

Nice kit this was however

#QPR 2-0 #NFFC

⚫️⚫️⚫️
17 - 2017/18

Back to pinstripes, back to red shorts and back to full red kit we’ve not become familiar with

We reversed the score from 4 years prior, winning 5-2 this time round

#QPR 2-5 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
18 - 2018/19

Karim Ansarifard had one of his better games for the club, bagging his second and final goal in a 1-0 win

Shorts again, specially made for these games

#QPR 0-1 #NFFC

🔴🔴🔴
19 - 2019/20

And finally, last time out

All in red, and a big 4-0 win. Our games with QPR always seem to have a fair amount of goals. Hope we have the same today

#QPR 0-4 #NFFC
