Real Estate is still the most lucrative industry to be in but has big entry barriers. Each building built in Mumbai is atleast ₹1000 cr, which is equivalent to an IPO.

Do your MBA and target for a RE PE fund, front end roles, either buy or sell side. Earning potential is ∞.
They hire only the best of the best. Your academics and communication should be on point. Nothing short of an IIM ABC will do. Plus you need a lot of luck and connects. Aim for the PE industry if you’re still young. Its life changing.
These roles are the most coveted. PE works in very small teams. A team of 8-10 have $5B AUM and so forth. So recruitment is rare and very very tough. Its 10x harder than joining MBB (consultancy)

But you must aim at it since a young age. Network, research and publish accordingly
