I can't begin to describe the awkwardness of coming into this knowledge, knowing that I voice big roles in this & other productions, but also understanding that speaking out against it risks being left off the table for future auditions.

This shouldn't be an issue to begin with. https://twitter.com/CaseyTheVA/status/1303085656269152256
I deliberately (but politely) refused a role from a different client I was cast in upon learning that the character identified in a way I don't represent, because I was hopeful to see them cast instead to an LGBT talent who could bring authenticity. It still went to a white male.
I am so tired of seeing my colleagues be denied the amazing opportunities I myself have had, simply because of their race, their orientation, or (GOD FORBID) their physical body shape. In an industry defined by NOT BEING SEEN ON-SCREEN. When did this become another Hollywood era?
Worst of all, it devalues the entire experience for both the talent who got ignored AND the actual final cast. How can I take as much pride in my work knowing I might have only been chosen because a "better" audition was passed over due to the talent being the "wrong" identity?
Stop leaving POC out of auditions for roles outside of their own race.

STOP the bullshit double standard of yet allowing white actors to read for POC roles despite the previous point.

And for the love of god, stop treating LGBT actors as a novelty reserved for "special" parts.
