Whelp… I screwed something up in this thread. I didn't realize that even referrals pass up to council. SO! RPC has ADVISED council to hit pause on this application. Now, the next scheduled meeting of council on the website is Sept 30. The start of the RPC video was chopped off but it cuts in on Coun Young saying something about a meeting at 1pm on Thur Sept 24. If there is something scheduled for that day, I haven't found it.

So, I don't take back anything I wrote in the thread EXCEPT that this issue hasn't necessarily been pushed off to 2021. Council could flip the RPC recommendation and approve this site.
