Its not just Government but all of us as well. For example once this is over, if you have a yard or similar,sustainably plant vegetation that support insects, or order insect eggs/larvae and create your own ecosystem. Get an electric vehicle, walk, bike,take public transportation

Request organic, all natural or sustainably farmed produce, fish and meats. Support causes that are focused on changing the ways we do things. Elect and support those who not only say they are going to do something but do it. If they don't do it, vote them out of office.

Run for office yourself, email, call, or write your representatives in congress, for your state, or at the local level. Demand we move to a GREEN economy, system of living as soon aggressively with clear milestones, full transparency and reporting on progress.

We have transitioned into a new world and will lose it if we all don't make the effort. Don't expect some mass migration to mars to save us, this is the only planet we have. As such we have to save ourselves right here on Planet earth.
