One must have space for these five things in their daily routine, your place and in your mind and in your future goals .

1. Physical fitness : create space for this in 4 things I mentioned above . Daily routine,your place your mind, your future goals. Have time slot to make yourself physically fit, a fix place where you can do, will power in mind to achieve and have clear idea of future fitnes goal
2. Mental Capacity: create space in your time table for the reading or listening or watching which increases the knowledge you have today thn yesterday. Fix hours. Fix place in room. Will to chalange your powers to digest knowledge and target of what you reading in week/mnth/year
3. Professional career.
Note this is the part many neglect. This is the most important part which will be useful not only for you but for RW ecosystem. This space shld be allocated to build and prepare yourself for career you wanting to achieve. Be it any skill or your usp.

Allotting just another tweets and my extra time to this point to make you realise how important it is, unlike other points. This isn’t to be considered your regular college work. It is something you have to practice daily. And have space even as small as different chair
Just to make you conscious that on this chair you are building your career. Since post college I had allotted fix table for this . So when I sit on that table I know what I am facing and building. And this shouldn’t be stopped. It can be as small skill which can add in career
For example, currently I am learning about new type of coding which is compatible to RaspberryPi. Which is usually my coding teams works. But still doing. difference between knowledge you gain here and above point is, point2 knowledge is about world and society while
While in this point knowledge and skills you develop is for you. Help yourself first via profession. Thn your family , thn your samaj you will be helping the dharma and nation before you even realise .have idea n plan of where you will b standing at 30 I am all help to guide .
4. Dharma and Spirituality.Have fix place and time in daily routine to spend. And desire to do so with a bit of vision about it with help of your traditional guru. Be it mantra chanting, puja at home,temple visit, yoga-meditation, listening to guru, writing prabhunam. Anything.
5. Creative space and hobby
This space is your escape route from reality and meeting place of yourself. Be free here, paint , make memes , write article , sing , create flags of Hindu Rashtra , sketch, play chess , satire and trolling ,experiment with cooking, write poems etc

Do read it not once and twice , build yourself up . If you want to defend dharma , build yourself up and learn to defend yourself. Practice it . .

PS - reason why I emphasise on having separate space even physically is something I have believed and practiced it. Just like in mind, you will be a totally different level effective person once you do it. It makes you effective for each point
Not only it’s prepares your mind subconsciously what you upto but also it sets you up on the task of it. You will behave different on each place and you will be best prepared for it.soon you used to it naturally 
Simple reason , you don’t shit and eat at same place. You don’t give hot takes on Internet and thn study sitting at same place with same positions. Make it different,it will make you prepare you many lessons about social behaviour,body language, personal/prof life management ltr
