Attention NYC 2021 Council Candidates

I appreciate all the calls but I do not do Council races. I personally don't believe you should pay a retainer fee for someone like me. That money instead should be spent in the field organizing. However...

I have no problem doing an advisory call or doing limited work to help setup your infrastructure or review your plan. Just don't waste my damn time or act like I'm doing you a favor.

My time and knowledge is worth all the money I ask for.

So if I agree to chat about your race and you cancel, I'm not chasing you to reschedule.

If in the course of the conversation you ask me to help with something and I tell you how much it would cost for my time and counsel, don't ask for no friends and family rate. That is insulting.
