My son and I watched a 1992 "Eerie, Indiana" episode about a salesman called "The Donald" who comes to Eerie and turns everyone into consumer zombies who unknowingly sell him their souls. In the end, The Donald -- revealed to be the devil -- is caught by the IRS and goes to hell.
"What does The Donald want with our souls?"
"He doesn't have one of his own."
"He doesn't have one of his own."
I last watched this "Eerie, Indiana" episode in middle school and had forgotten it existed. But it was one of countless pop culture condemnations of Trump from the 1980s-1990s that make it surreal when MSM claims now that no one knew his true history or nature. Everyone did!
