Thread – The US Air Force is Bowing to the Mob
1. The BLM movement is Marxist to the bone. So is the Antifa crowd. What they push – canceling American political and cultural institutions by the score – is aligned with the #Dementiacdrat Party.
1. The BLM movement is Marxist to the bone. So is the Antifa crowd. What they push – canceling American political and cultural institutions by the score – is aligned with the #Dementiacdrat Party.
2. They are aligned with the cultural Marxists in Academia, the legacy media, Hollywood, and the fed bureaucracy who have been pushing critical race theory (sic), intersectionality (sic), social justice (sic), diversity (sic), and other Marxist claptrap on Americans for decades.
3. Thanks to an Obama executive order 13583 signed out in August 2011, the cultural Marxists in the federal bureaucracy have been implementing “diversity and inclusion” policies throughout the federal workforce. https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/the-press-office/2011/08/18/executive-order-13583-establishing-coordinated-government-wide-initiativ
4. It has taken a few years for DoD to catch up to the lefties in the other federal agencies, but there is a fully operational “diversity office” in DoD ....
4A. ... pushing Marxist claptrap into the administrative policies of the services, as well as a strategic plan for doing so:

5. And now we have some direct evidence that the US Air Force (Air Farce?) has fully implemented critical race theory lingo and concepts, as noted in this article:
5A. In its first video installment of the new "Seek to Understand" series, Air Education and Training Command last week featured a senior enlisted leader discussing microaggressions -- seemingly innocent comments that contain an offensive message.
5B. "Microaggressions are everyday statements, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile derogatory or negative stereotypes of historically underrepresented groups of people," ….
5B1. … says Senior Master Sgt. Sapphira H. Morgan, first sergeant at the Air Force Personnel Center.
5C. Comments such as, "You're so articulate," "You should smile more," "You're English is so good," or "What country were you really born in?" are some of the examples Morgan described as harmful and tending to reinforce negative stereotypes or isolate, rather than include.
5D. Morgan also shared a personal story of a time when she and a spouse of an Air Force leader had a conversation about what it meant to be African American.
5E. The spouse told her that native Africans have a strong work ethic and family values, and that the term 'African' should not be associated with Black Americans. "With others that he may share his thoughts with, it could create walls instead of bridges," she says.
5F. While the concept of microaggressions is increasingly part of conversations on inclusion and diversity that take place on college campuses and in corporate settings, it remains controversial in some sectors, ….
5F1. … with critics saying it be applied to a wide range of innocently intended remarks as well as true offenses.

6. Before commenting on the article, it should be noted that military(dot)com has fully embraced cultural Marxism and is in the vanguard of pushing critical race theory, as well as supporting BLM/Antifa goals and objectives. Their content is virtually unreadable these days.
7. Military(dot)com has become an irredeemable all-out leftist propaganda rag and should be avoided like the plague, and those who spread their agit-prop publicly scorned. In this instance, they are openly spreading Marxist claptrap to undermine good order and discipline.
8. “Microaggressions” is right out the Marxist critical race theory playbook, and the USAF has bought in 200% on this BLM BS!
9. The damage to military good order and discipline being done by formally institutionalizing this crap already will last for at least a generation or two. Now an E-1 can disobey orders from an O-9 if the E-1 "feels" that the orders contained "microaggression!"
10. A unit commander now must get his orders, memos, speeches, and regulations OK'd by some self-appointed social justice warrior ideology cop and political commissar. This is going to turn the US armed forces into a paralyzed version of the Bolshevik Red Army.
11. This campaign is meant to suppress ALL conservative speech and destroy the chain of command, since the aggressions – micro or macro – can ONLY be defined and recognized by a bunch of reverse-racist Marxist "social justice warriors" committed (in their own words) ….
11A. … to the overthrow of the U.S. government and political system, and racism against all Caucasians regardless of the content of their character.
12. There is no real "discussion" permitted, and this is certainly no two-way "conversation”! Any differences of opinion from theirs and you are forever branded as racist on your part, and can then be used to force you from your job and career!
13. The examples of micro-aggressions given in the article attest to just how unbelievably ridiculous, insane, annoying, and DANGEROUS these new "standards" are.
14. It doesn't matter one whit if what you said does not mean anything racist at all by any dictionary or common usage definition, and it does not matter if you did not intend to convey any racism.
15. If the minority at the other end feels it was racist – latent, unconscious, or systemic – then it IS racist, and you are liable for prosecution and defamation because of it!!!
16. This is what the EEO people have been pushing for decades, i.e., that intent matters not. What only matters is how a given sentence, phrase or word is interpreted by the recipient. Somehow, the speaker needs to divine what is acceptable or not. So much for “free speech.”
17. For the Air Force, these policies will likely become the way for any USAF officer or NCO superior to lose his/her career whenever some dirtbag claims to be "offended" by unintentional micro-aggressions! And good order and military discipline goes up in smoke!
18. OMB’s 4 September memorandum is a good start at stopping this nonsense, but I would like to see an EO that cancel’s Obama’s horrible EO 13583.

19. It will take years to root out and totally discredit “critical race theory” in federal agencies including the military – not to mention most of Academia! ///The end.
