Salary ranges in job postings are a must.
1/ @AFPIHQ made this decision in Aug 2018 (yes 2018) for all AFP job postings.
2/ We also announced then that we would not ask for salary history.
3/ We also announced that experience = education.
Below is what I said 2 years ago:

Aug 2018: “Recently we just changed policies regarding our employment process. When we post jobs at @AFPIHQ , we will always be including the salary range for the position.”

Aug 2018: continues...“For applicants, @AFPIHQ will no longer ask for salary requirements and will begin accepting work or other appropriate experience instead of a college degree.”

On @AFPIHQ ‘s job board we now encourage our partners to follow our salary range policy. We can do better!:

Effective November 1, 2020 (to allow all existing postings to finish up), WE ARE REQUIRING ALL JOB POSTINGS TO INCLUDE RANGES or we will not accept the posting.
