Based on popular demand, here’s a list of Canadian Universities that do not require English Language Test.

So I find that majority of universities in Canada require an English Proficiency Exam and so where they do not need IELTS they have other alternatives Eg: TOEFL OR Canadian English Language (CAEL). Nonetheless this is what I found in the ‘no IELTS’ category.
