Look, you can call yourself queer. You can identify as queer.
But I desperately need y'all to not erase the experiences of young people who have been called it as a slur.
"You're too young to have been called queer as a slur"
Tell that to the kids who used it against other kids, who learned to use it from their parents.
Y'all can have your "terfs benefit from this discourse" discussion without simultaneously dismissing the lived experiences of young trans people
TERFs like the discourse because it's divisive.
That's why they like all lgbt+ discourse.
They like to sow division.
That doesn't mean they created every instance of the discourse
