Now one of two things happened to those who make a LOT of money:
1- You got lucky & made the money
2- You worked really hard, and really smart at ONE thing
Now, I was the second option.
I mastered my craft of Real Estate, but that doesn't translate to owning an art gallery.

Now, because my Mother was an artist, and I had a bunch of artist connections
I thought: ''Let's open up an art gallery!''
So, I opened up this BEAUTIFUL art gallery, it had 15 foot ceilings, glass walls, polished concrete floors, and world class art on the walls, etc

I put about $2,000,0000 into the place.
And my idea was; I'd profile New York City Artists on the west coast.
And when the Grand Opening came, we had some of the most famous artists in the world come out, everything went great.
The problem was
We had NO IDEA how to SELL art.

And then, after two years of staggering losses? I finally shut the art gallery down.
And to make things even nicer…
My marriage fell apart because of the ups, and downs.
and it was one of the hardest moments of my life.

I had no other choice but to RUTHLESSLY accept reality and admit that I was out of my depth.This was nobodys responsibility but my own
So I had to keep on moving forward
Many wouldve committed suicide, others wouldve got a normal job and played safe for the rest of their lives

here’s the thing about life:
Sometimes it likes to PUNCH you
Simetimes it’ll knock you down, and sometimes you won’t even know if it’s possible to get back up again.
But when you DO get back, you’re a tough guy now.

And this is why I’m grateful for this time.
Sure, it was a BIG loss, and easily one of the hardest points of my life, but I made it through.
And now, I’m stronger than I have EVER been.

Since then, I’ve made multiple millions since.
How?
Real Estate, baby!
I just leveraged what I knew already, but when I went back...
I had a new power. I was able to stand tall no matter what came my way.
