It is clear that society + our cultural, spiritual, and economic structures have been built around labor and work, rather than community or relationships

From the spaces and places we work, the time set aside as appropriate or for work, what is deemed as legitimate work, and how labor is valued, compensated, and distributed—all of these things are being reworked.

This is a very long transformation that is ongoing over the course of history, but has reached a crucial turning point in this particular time and season.
