This is what I've been doing:

1. if I need to take a nap, I always leave the door open, or (if the house is really noisy) I open the windows.
2. Icons everywhere. I feel like I'm being watched. Hard to look at porn, and do something about it after, when Jesus and the Theotokos are staring at you.
3. I declare, out loud, every time, 'My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it belongs to my wife, because I am one with her, I have no right to commit adultery (porn is adultery) or self-abuse (just found out that that's the case, too).
