People often fail to realize how extremely difficult it is to be as massive a piece of shit as @RealSkipBayless. I'm impressed with his dedication to saying horrible things and smarmy arrogance to believe his selfish and insensitive bullshit *needs* to be heard everyday. 1/5
His thoughts on depression and suicide are as repugnant as they are ignorant and dangerous. @dak Prescott likely saved lives with his words. Skip Bayless likely guaranteed more suffering to the vulnerable and traumatized by perpetuating the stigma sorrounding depression. 2/5
As a human being who suffers daily with depression, mourns a sister who took her own life, and remembers considering the same fate for himself, I find my words inadequately depict my fury at the callous disregard for human pain exhibited by Mr. Bayless. 3/5
There is a reason I tell people I have a doctor's appointment because I don't want them to know I'm in therapy. There is a reason I momentarily waver in my honesty on a doctor's office form that asks what medication I take. I don't want people to know. 4/5
The stigma around depression is real. It is scary. It is crippling. And it is caused by miserable excuses for humans like the talking trash pile Skip Bayless. I hope Skip lives a thousand years with the deep-down inner knowledge of his many flaws and the pain that he causes. 5/5
