the anti-muslim sentiment was so rampant that it extended to all brown people. that happened on a tuesday. i got my ass kicked at school wednesday thursday and friday. i was not muslim. hell by sixth grade i wasn’t even religious. didn’t matter. brown. enemy.
this is how history ends up whitewashed. only been 19 years and we’re already making stuff up. people LOVE to post about how they miss the america of 9/12 that came together. Y’ALL came together. brown americans were not included.
