My PL predictions for this season in full (thread)

Will pin this and review at the end of the season.
20. Fulham.

Simply don’t think their squad is good enough to survive. Parker did well to bring them up but I don’t think they’ve got enough to stay up.
19. West Brom.

Similarly to Fulham I don’t think they’re squad is good enough. Got a couple of decent players but they’ve not added anything to what they had last season. Don’t think bilic is a bad manager an they could surprise people and survive but it’s unlikely imo.
18. West Ham.

If they go down which I think they will then it’s been coming for the last couple of years, they’re a mess, squad isn’t good enough and they’re owners don’t seem to be willing to spend. Also Moyes is well past it
17. Aston Villa.

Think they’ll survive again just, the main reason being because it looks like grealish will still be there. Cash and Watkins could be decent signings but they’re defence is still poor. Wouldn’t be surprised if they did go down
16. Brighton.

Got a good enough squad to survive, they’re good at the back which is key. Can’t see them going down
15. Newcastle.

Think they’ve got a good enough squad to stay up fairly comfortably, Wilson was a good signing and will get them 10+ goals at least.
14. Leeds.

Not got them as high as most people do, think they’ll comfortably survive tho. Rodrigo could be a great signing, they’ll try and play good football an that could lose them some games but Bielsa is a great manager. Would have them doing better if fans were allowed...
13. Palace.

As it stands Zaha is staying, if he does I don’t think they’re in any danger of going down. Eze is a good signing but wouldn’t expect much from him first season, batshuayi will score goals for them. Hodgson is an underrated manager and will have them well organised
12. Burnley.

Not signed anyone of note as usual but Sean dyche as always will overachieve with their squad. Will have them solid as per. Comfortable midtable
11. Sheffield United.

Don’t think they’ll be quite as good as they were last season, teams will know how to combat their system but I still think they’ll do well. Wilder is a brilliant manager who gets the best out of their squad. Think berge will have a great season
10. Southampton.

Think they’ll do very well, hassenhutl done a brilliant job to turn their season around last season and i can see them doing better this season. If Ings stays fit then you’re guaranteed goals and they have decent squad to go with that.
9. Leicester.

Expecting a drop off from last season, they were poor post lockdown and haven’t done much business. Lost chillwell, can’t see Vardy scoring as many as last season. Will have European football too and I don’t think their squad is good enough to compete in both
8. Wolves.

Got a great side with a great manager. Not added any players that I think will improve them this season. Fabio silva could be good in time, Doherty is a loss for them too.
7. Arsenal.

First full season for Arteta, Gabriel is a good signing but I still don’t think they’re great at the back or in midfield. With Auba you’re guaranteed goals tho. They’re not what they used to be, 7th
6. Everton.

Ancelotti. James, Allan and Doucoure are great signings meaning our midfield is one of the best in the league. Hopefully a winger and a couple of defenders to come. Guaranteed goals in richy and DCL. Ancelotti’s first full season, I’m excited. Only worry is Pickford.
5. Tottenham.

I don’t think they’re great but with a fully fit Kane, there’s your top PL goal scorer. Mourinho’s first full season I think he’ll get a lot out of their players. Doherty a good buy. Think they’ll just miss out on champions league
4. Man united.

They’ve got a great side now, van de beek a good signing for the midfield. Bruno behind Rashford, Martial and potentially sancho is dangerous. Another 20 penalties would probably help too!
3. Chelsea.

Think they’ve bought so well. Werner is a top striker, with Ziyech, havertz and pulisic as service he’s going to get goals. Looks like they’re going to sign a keeper which is needed and Thiago Silva with his experience will help them a lot. Could even be higher tbh
2. Liverpool.

Haven’t improved their squad yet, were unbelievable last season but I can’t see them hitting that level again. Thiago would improve them and of course their squad is still unreal.
