A 20-point plan for SA

1. Make growth the core objective of economic policy
2. Unbundle Eskom & allow IPPs
3. Secure property rights
4. Scrap failed race-based empowerment policies & minimum wages
5. Base infrastructure creation & maintenance on PPPs
6. Cut the public sector wage bill by 15%
7. Reduce VAT to 8%
8. Decentralise prosecuting authorities
9. End cadre deployment
10. Reduce the size of Cabinet
11. Implement electoral reform to have a hybrid of FPTP & PR nationally
12. Make SAPS forces locally accountable
13. Legislate for secret & secure ballots for labour strike action
14. Implement school vouchers for poorer families
15. Reform welfare to incentive employment
16. Reform the JSC
17. Reestablish TVET colleges on provincial level
18. Scrap the bulk of occupational licensing
19. Implement gun control reform to license the person & register the firearm
