Attacks on #TwinTowers paralyzed Manhattan #Chinatown:mere blocks away from #GroundZero. Streets were blocked, no traffic was permitted, phones were cut off.
Yet, the govt didn't designate 華埠 as a #WTC disaster area site unlike other more affluent areas of Downtown
