Believe it or not General Flynn gave us the answer.
When you overlay the digital banner onto your memes you are changing the hex values of the colors.
You just need a good tool to create the overlay and set opacity. Make the overlay big enough to cover more than 20% of the image.
Something like this could work too.
This is going to be trial and error until we identify the winning formula. How much opacity is needed to bypass filter?
I think the long term solution is to create a pixel randomizer program that will randomly drop pixels of random colors into a graphic. Allow user to control picture fill % and opacity.
And another find...remember all of the Cue flags? 20% opacity.
