What does your customer believe in?
What is their attitude towards your product and the problems or issues it addresses?

2. Feelings
How do your customers feel?
Are they confident and irrational?
Nervous or fearful?
How do they feel about current events?
And how can you use all these feelings to sell them something?

3. Desires
What are your customer’s goals in life?
What change do they want or need in their life that you can solve for them?
Do they feel like they need to make someone happy?
What do they want and how can you use that to sell your product?
What are your customer’s goals in life?

Do they feel like they need to make someone happy?
What do they want and how can you use that to sell your product?
While it’s simple, these 3 factors have a massive impact on if your customer buys or not
