Few notes

1 - Process oriented metrics help understand results/performance

2 - đŸ’„Bat Speed = floor
đŸ’„RA = ceiling

3 - Low maintenance swings are good (calibrated)

4 - Blast slash line for evaluation
Bat Speed / RA / On Plane Eff

Process
Hitter has great metrics but results are not great.
What is their approach at the plate, does it play to strengths, something else?

Are they a V8 truck confined to traffic in the slow lane?

Good metrics = Good Swing Tool

đŸ’„Swing Tool + Everything else = Hitter
Bat Speed - in range for your level ✔

RA - If hitters cannot accelerate into their Bat Speed quick enough they have to make decisions early

Can be successful at lower levels with RA, but harder at higher levels

Low RA = susceptible to SPEED and SPIN (highest level pitching
Low Maintenance

Consistency in load - Early Connection

Consistency in Blast metrics = Calibrated swing tool

It also lets you know what in your swing changes over time

Do you track your weight or strength? Same idea

What changed or did it?
