Ranking Kanye West Albums:
#9 Jesus is King

This is by far the most meaningful album to Kanye. I feel as if he’s been manifesting it ever since “Jesus Walks” back in 2004. I saw it coming as “The Life of Pablo” had a lot of gospel elements to it. The album is not bad but it is not Kanye’s best.
The production on this project is crazy and what he is saying is very important, each song has a purpose.

Rating 7/10
#8 Yeezus

In my opinion this is Kanye’s most experimental album by far. The electro beats work fairly well with Kanye’s vocals and i believe that he achieved what he was trying to do with this album.

Rating: 8/10
#7 The Life Of Pablo

Kanye delivers his most trap inspired album with gospel elements. The features were incredible on this album and i enjoyed most of the songs a lot. I struggle with the overall theme with the album and what he was trying to do with it.

Rating: 9/10
#6 ye

“ye” is a beautiful album that showcases Kanye’s rough thoughts and touches on mental illness. The production is very minimal and rough at times but that is what Kanye was going for and it totally works throughout the album.

Rating: 9/10
#5 Late Registration

In Kanye’s second studio album he delivers a feature packed follow up to his first album “The College Dropout”. It is a very good album with a pretty good general theme, and Kanye preforms well throughout the project.

9/10
#4 Graduation

Graduation is an incredible different upbeat album from Kanye. This album has a very happy energetic feeling to it. With songs like “flashing lights” “I wonder” “Champion” and “Stronger” which are amazing songs, and did so much for the album.

Rating: 10/10
#3 808’s and Heartbreak

808’s is one of the most influential albums to this day. Kanye made this album after losing his mother and breaking up with his fiancĂ©, so obviously it was a very pain filled album with a lot of emotion and meaning.

Rating: 10/10
#2 My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

This is truly a beautiful album. Kanye payed so much attention to detail and this album just has masterpiece after masterpiece. So many of the songs are classics and this album has so many of my favourite Ye songs.
The samples he uses are amazing and so is the production. The features are great and Kanye preforms really well.
#1 The College Dropout

Kanye’s Debut album, is nothing short of a masterpiece. The features are placed perfectly. The college dropout is Kanye’s most relatable album and his best overall album just based of having a theme for all the songs, every song tells a story.
The track “Last Call” explains how he even got to the point of making an album as great as “The College Dropout” and how he made so many amazing connections in the industry.

Rating: 10/10
please note i don’t thing Kanye has one bad album just the ones that were ranked higher are just stronger albums.
