The good news: The #4K includes English Dolby Atmos w/English “dubtitles” & Japanese Dolby Atmos & Japanese LPCM 2.0 stereo both w/proper English subtitle translation of the Japanese audio (a different/better translation than the one on the earlier Anchor Bay/Manga Steelbook BD).
Note that the Blu-ray included in the 4K package offers the exact same audio/subtitles, just with 5.1 Dolby TrueHD encodes instead of the Atmos.
The bad news: ALL versions on both discs now have Passengers’ (aka U2 w/Brian Eno) “One Minute Warning” playing over the closing credits, instead of Kenji Kawai’s “Chant 3 - Reincarnation” as originally featured. We don't know if this change was deliberate or accidental. FYI.
