1) Think about how much capital you want to allocate to this asset class
2) How many companies will you invest in and over how many years?
3) When do you expect to see returns?
4) What is your end goal? Returns or learning? Can it be one or the other if not both?

5) What do you bring to the table?
6) Most importantly, how do you plan on finding the best deals? Do you think you will have good access to good founders?
