I don’t understand calling Caster he/him or why gender critical people would do so, honestly. It can’t even be considered misgendering; it is simply using what we know about her medical condition against her.
At birth, Caster was considered female because of her phenotype. She grew up with the kind of body that means she faced the same kinds of risks as all females do from a very young age. With a body, also, that situated her in a very specific place in a patriarchal society.
If she had lived in another time, or not gained international acclaim, she may have never found out that she was XY, or that she had a DSD. She wouldn’t have had to reckon with what that means to her, and to others around her either.
It must have been traumatic&complicated. Even if we disagree with her fight in sport, or have strong opinions on whether she should compete,it is such a wholly different situation to the frightening monotony we are facing of a male donning eyeliner and sending us a rape threat.
I do wonder at people bringing gender into the discussion of her, at all. Including by using he as a pronoun. She isn’t, at least from what I’ve seen, claiming to be a woman because of her gender identity but because of her body. That is a significantly different claim.
And one that, as women who say there is a material importance in the facts of our bodies,must be treated wholly differently to a claim based on feelings or misogyny

Intersex people have not orchestrated a coup against women’s rights. They have not manipulated or threatened or attacked us. They are not leveraging a bystanding group of people, like they are being leveraged, to get us to comply.
Conflating their lives with trans issues is a betrayal. It is letting TRAs set the terms of this discussion,with their co-opting of DSDs
