Even I still feel a certain shame still. I had a telephone appointment with my doctor today & for the first time in a few years, my medication has been increased. I am struggling with anxiety a lot more in recent weeks. The uncertainty is huge in every aspect of my life. But..
it's important to remember there is help there. It doesn't always have to be medication. Maybe you just need to reach out & be heard, be listened to. We all need that from time to time. You are not alone. The person who you think has it all together has their struggles too. Don't
