To be Honest in the first two group Stage games were frustrating to watch. Everything he tried never turned out in to Goals/Assist but then the Game against Hungary happend. Before the Game the Interview happend.

Which Interview you might ask. The Interview where Ronaldo threw a Microphone into a Lake bcz of the frustrating Tournament. Back to the Game Portugal needed a draw or a win against Hungary and Austria to lose against Iceland.
Portugal drew 3-3 with 2 Goals by Ronaldo and 1 Assist meanwhile Austria lost against Iceland. Portugal went trough as 3rd placed of their Group.
Last 16: Portugal won with one Goal scored by Quaresma against Croatia. Ronaldo tried to shoot but it was blocked and bounced back to Quaresma who scored.
QF: Portugal ein 5-3(penalties) against Poland. Ronaldo obviously scored his. Before the shootout Ronaldo motivated a scared Moutinho to score his and he scored.
Semis: Portugal won 2-0 against Wales with 2 scorers of Ronaldo(1G/1A).
Semis: Portugal won 2-0 against Wales with 2 scorers of Ronaldo(1G/1A).
Finals: Portugal won 1:0 against France with a Goal from Eder. Ronaldo got subbed of in the 25th Minute bcz of a Foul from Payet. Ronaldo then acted as a Coach somehow. He motivated everyone to keep up and belobe more.
Fazit: Ronaldo stepped up when needed. He only had 6 scorers but they were important to Portugal to manage it into the Final
Nations League:
We‘ll immediately jump to the Semis bcz Ronaldo was‘nt nominated bcz of important Games for Juve.
Semis: Portugal won 3-0 against Switzerland where all 3 Goals where scored from Ronaldo.
Final: Portugal won 1:0 against Netherlands. The Goal was scored by Guedes.

The Game was very frustrating for Ronaldo he tried everything but it just didn’t want to happen.
Fazit: Ronaldo stepped up when needed against Switzerland but poor and frustrating Final for him.
End Resume: Ronaldo wasn’t useless like People are trying to tell you not at all he stepped up when needed in both tournaments. He only was unlucky and frustrated but still managed to get up when his Team called for him.
