So Lisa Page's last day with the Special Counsel's Office was July 14, 2017. And she was ordered to not delete the text messages from her iphone... https://twitter.com/IvanPentchoukov/status/1304114041372241925
Seems she was the first person to leave the SCO so they had to roll out the form to out process her from the teams.
Why did Peter Strzok not turn in paper records when he left the SCO?
Seems in January 2018, SCO realized Lisa Page's phone was missing when OIG asked for it!
While the LP docs say she was told to not delete text messages. In response to the OIG, the SCO Records Officer claimed to have reviewed Strzok's phone & another & there were "No substantive texts, notes or reminders." on the phone when turned in..
Of course it is claimed the phone was wiped & reissued as is standard protocol at most organizations including the FBI.
The SCO Records Officer claims that Strzok's phone had no texts on it when she reviewed it almost a month after he turned it in. Also claimed to have never reviewed Page's phone.
BUT we have this email from 1/31/19 claiming that Strzok's phone number was not cancelled & that the phone was never turned in to the Administrative Office of the SCO.

How could it be wiped & turned in, yet never turned in or turned off?
But there is a 3 page inventory of phones issued to SCO & no phone issued out to PPS1 (Peter Paul Strzok). How can it not be on the inventory but they claim is it still issued out to Strzok & never returned?
Then there is one phone that has been sent to IG Cyber? I will have to look around for the Asset Number on other forms. Was phone Y57023 issued to either Page or Strzok & then in the possession of the OIG's Cyber team?
That number is not the number listed for Lisa Page's phone, but it was reportedly in OIG's possession too but after beign wiped. But we have no number listed for Strzok's phone...
Seems we had a variety of redacted SCO employees 'accidentally' enter their wrong password too many times on their phone. Which deleted everything on it before they turned it in. One name of note though, @AWeissmann_ 'accidentally' deleted his phone...
This seems to be quite the trend to forget your password & wipe your entire SCO issued phone...

The other phone held by OIG doesn't appear on this list, but some phones are missing their property number including Strzok's
The phone is found on a later inventory, reportedly with OIG Cyber unit but there is a discrepancy over the phones' issued status & a redacted user name.

Lots of redacted initials, but Strzok's initials are no where to be found. He's too high ranking to be redacted for privacy.
Here is another SCO inventory & Y57023 is missing from it along with Y57024 being crossed out...

Followed by a property from FBI DAD Archey signing that phone over to the OIG on 1/25/18. Was the phone reissued to him after Strzok turned it in?
Well at last some confirmation that phone YS57023 was Strzok's phone. Why redact it & then say in red that it was his phone?

So we have confirmation that Strzok's old phone was given to OIG in Jan 2018. But a year later, someone at OIG was claiming Strzok never turned it in?
It is possible the redaction is confusing me on this one. But if the phone was turned in & wiped, why did they never cancel service on it between Aug. 2017 & Jan. 2019?
Maybe they are stating that OIG never gave it back to them but they don't specify that...
