
It’s really important to be able to trust who you go to for your tarot readings, these are some things to keep in mind. And these are just personal opinions and things i think are red flags that may not be to everyone.
No refund policy listed anywhere, inconstant refund policy.
Mine personally is you can cancel from payment to when a reading is complete and Ill refund, or if I’m not able to read completely, I’ll refund. After i send a reading i won’t refund because I’ve already given energy.

Refuses to talk about their sources. If they refuse to tell you where they get their energy, how they learned tarot, any books or decks they may use, it’s a bit of a red flag. It’s important to communicate what is being used.

Inconsistent pricing/ constantly changing pricing. This looks like they may only be in it for the financial gain or needing a quick buck.
Guilting people into getting readings is another HUGE thing too.

Being Too New to tarot, this one is a little difficult because there is no set standard of how long someone should be reading before they offer paid services: I’m only talking about the ones who have been reading for less than 6 months.
Offering readings on finances, legal stuff, medical stuff (PREGNANCY ESPECIALLY), promising anything, twin flame/relationship reading focus.

Thats all i can think of at the moment but i can talk about this all day, there’s too many people coming into tarot who are only in it for the money.
Huge wait times, you should not have to wait more than a few days - week for a reading. I know this one depends on a reader too, I get my readings out the day of or after but to me there is something off about a reader making someone wait weeks- months.
