It's an interesting area down in Boulevard Heights... iirc this was greenhouse/gardens for @SLPS_INFO and was sold back in the go-go 00's for housing development. A fair amount got built before the crash but of course that stalled. But it's been picking up again.
The development is from a suburban developer but design isn't too bad; e.g. no curb cuts here on Robert unlike for the 1967 ranches across the street. Would've been nice to try and put in some duplexes, etc. tho and a corner shop or two. Decent n'hood density but low walkscore.
