let's talk about a thing which we all expect from others but sometimes ignore, when it comes to our chance.

"Trust"

Be it in life/office work or colleagues/ family relationships.

Thread 🧵
My Team lead was always relooked at my work every single time whatever I did

One day he had to say these words...

Look Ankur you are trying hard & had a fresh mind

but it doesn't matter how good/competent you are"

If I can't trust you in your work.

Let's recap 👇
In the Year 2010
I got my first job, fresh out of college, & luckily got the Gurgaon as a base location.

But soon I have to fly Hyderabad for my very first project.

First time I sit on a plane & you know "Kingfisher flight"

New Place New Project

one problem with me
I was not good at Algo & DS😎

The subject I hated the most in college.

I wrote some bad code

I did a lot of mistakes

I ditched my learning

Soon I realized 👇

No matter if you smart, intelligent until people can

"TRUST" YOU AND YOUR WORK.
I take a pause & learned that only tough times could teach us to "TRUST"

For e.g. when we ill so we visit the doctor & trust him/her.

The same goes for when we buy any course or product we trust the course/product.

Same thing when we work in a team, everyone should trust.
Same way manager trust on you & your work.

Make this count & show that you can build & take responsibility.

It's not about nothing will ever go wrong.

Instead, trust is even when things go wrong, you know that everything that was needed to be done to prevent it was done.
The same goes in life/friends/family

People don't trust you because you are smart or intelligent.

People trust you because they know that you will try all methods in your capacity to solve the problem,

I always encourage this to follow, to all people to whom I ever met.
For e.g.

This is what I expect from my son that he shouldn't watch his cartoons on his iPad during his online classes.

I never sit with him during his classes anymore.

Win👇

He now knows there is the most important stuff called trust.

Hope you think next time about "TRUST
