I see a lot of posts about how pendulums can't be trusted and I wanted to share what my mentor taught me about pendulums etc. Essentially the way I was taught is that Pendulums, the ones you hold in your hand, are body compasses. Your pendulum moves because of the slightest
movements your body is making the ones you aren't even aware of or can see. When your body knows something is for you it will tell you yes same with if something isn't for you it will say no, if you pay attention, a pendulum is a way to measure these movements and that's how
you get a yes or no answer. I've always been taught that it is your own body that produces the answers and you can always trust your body to know what is and isn't for it. Your body, contrary to western beliefs, is wiser than your mind. There is a fact that the cognitive process
of your brain, the nervous system is processing about 40 bits of information every second, which is impressive. However, there is also a cluster of nerves in your heart the size of a cat's brain and then there's more in your gut too and then the nerves that go all over your
body too and those are all responding at a rate of 11 million bits per second. Your body is continuously processing, far more than you could ever be aware of. So like I said the body is wiser than the mind. and that's why you can trust your body and the answers it gives you.
When people talk about their own internal guidance I consider a part of that to be your body compass because your body is always pointing you toward your destiny. I hope this helps you out if you're new to pendulums or like don't trust your pendulum. You can trust it because
it's YOU. It's your body. It's the wisdom that comes from it.
I think i'm going to share more information about the body compass too later on but I'm going to get some lunch first and get some work done as well before I do 🤓
