The poll was "secretly done for the state Liberal Party leadership and handed to Herald Sun." It was conducted at the same time the Morgan poll recorded 70% support for Andrews.

Only 5 polled seats (all volatile marginals) were cherrypicked and given to HS. #ThisisNotJournalism
The data released to Herald Sun covered just 550 people (approx) selected in the following marginals only: Bayswater, Hawthorn, Monbulk, Mount Waverley and South Barwon.

No info is offered on how samples were developed.
The company behind the poll, MediaReach, has a weak public track record, with a history of "favouring the sponsor for internal party polling."
MediaReach's last polling effort was in NT where they predicted a loss of majority for Labor and a rise of the Territory Alliance Party. Prediction:
And here's how that worked out:
There has been a solid effort by prominent Liberal Party members, captured, on the record, calling for polls to be 'flipped' in recent days because they were unhappy with results.
Those polls ended up being hijacked by hundreds of thousands of artificial votes and were ultimately taken down by The Age and Channel 9.

Now, the Liberal Party has handed over its own 'secret polling' to the Herald Sun of cherry picked marginals in Melbourne to flip the polls.
So who should you believe? The Liberal Party's dodgy-as-balls polling, or the independent polling that tells us 70% of Victorians stand by the Premier they elected?

Tough one...
