I reached out to one of term insurance co. for increasing my cover. They gave me following plan
I will pay 16.96L till 85 and Co will make 12 Cr if that compounds for them at 12% annually.
summary of the same.
Lets assume that Co. sells this plan to 6 such ppl. if none of them die then Co makes 72Cr. Interestingly, even if only 1 survives still Co makes 2 Cr.😆
chote mote kharche and income of the company i ignored.. inflation and premium compounded till the death..
