Leads from underrepresented communities: Progress but grossly insufficient, especially for women.
I suppose we need to remind the industry that the LGBTQIA community even exists.
Ditto the disability community.
Women, still half the population. And yet...
Yep pretty much, and at great political, cultural, and financial cost.
