They KNEW the virus was 4x deadlier for Blacks. They knew it was more likely to kill poor people, those w/ pre-existing conditions & old people - Americans they saw as an economic burden.

*Slow down testing
*Seize PPE
*Ban mask orders
*Threaten to withhold federal funds for districts that keep schools closed
*Encourage supporters to resist masks
*Smear health officials
