Addicted to video games, porn or youtube?

So was I, and it was DESTROYING my life.

I was a mess. Miserable, depressed and going nowhere in life.

I had to do something about it. I had to break FREE.

I've tried to quit many times, but my addictions always got the best of me.
After repeated failures (think hundreds of time), I realised I needed guidance and a proven plan to break free.

I found this side of Twitter as a way of improving myself and finding the drive and motivation to quit my habits.

Little did I know, it would change my life.
I stumbled across @devinmcdermot's guide Breaking The Chains one day and thought "could this be it?"

It almost wasn't.

I went back to my old ways, my old habits and throwing my life away.

After a weekend binge of porn, video games and Youtube, I was disgusted with myself.
I realised what I was doing wasn't working, and I TRULY needed help.

First thing Monday morning, I got the guide.

I read it word for word. I followed the plans. I identified my triggers.

I'm now porn free, deleted all my video games and have Youtube blocked on all my devices.
