The main purpose of this would be to form official institution, representing vital sectors of the city, which could then formally call on federal intervention. It would give Trump more legitimacy to end insurrection. Surprised at how flaccid the many are...why not done yet?

Soviet tactic by the way...local Party mobilize students, others and gave pretext for Soviet intervention. It was done for purpose of subversion, but in America now it would be legitimate. Use a less scary and less "Euro" name than Emergency Council if you have to...

Such national umbrella group of small biz that is otherwise not represented by globalist/offshoring interests like Chamber of Commerce could be extremely powerful--in aggregate would be immensely rich, and also have grass-roots support. It could represent National Capitalism....

My own dream for some years is for Nationalist or Trumpist Unions to be formed, especially for example Miners' unions. Could be part of national union of energy resource workers, wealthy and well-funded. West Virginia miners chapter could be mobilized for mass protests in DC....
