3/ I’ve come to appreciate what it takes to become a #TeamOfTeams. Effective teamwork does not happen by accident – it’s an outcome of an intentional culture and practice, practice, practice.
4/ My time with @DowNewsroom has greatly expanded the diversity of thought & experience within my professional network. These relationships have both challenged & inspired me to confront my blind spots to become a better colleague, ally & friend.
