HAIR CAIR THREAD
for guys who are planning to grow out their hair
(DISCLAIMER: im not a hair expert these are just tips and tricks i learned on my own and some shit i find online)

ive been growing out my hair since last year of april and since a lot of yall-

Are asking how i did im gonna share w you guys.

1.) DONT TRIM IT
If youre planning to grow out your hair just let that shit grow. Some people like to trim their hair once in a while but i just let mine grow out. The last time scissors touch my hair was way back in april 2019

2.) DO NOT SHAMPOO EVERYDAY
only wash your hair w shampoo when you sweat a lot (like after working out) if you didnt really do anything just condition your hair or just dont wash it at all let your hair vibe w their natural oils

3.) AVOID HARMFUL CHEMICALS
So when i watched queer eye Jonathan said that you should avoid shampoos that has sodium laureth sulfate and sodium lauryl sulfate so i did and it helped my hair become softer
These are what i use

4.) IF YOU DO WASH YOUR HAIR LET IT AIR DRY
If youre going to wash your hair pat it then let it dry naturally. Dont use hairdryers. Dont scrub your hair with your towel istg. And do not use your towel as a turban. Your hair is at its weakest when its wet.

5.) USE CLAW CLIPS INSTEAD OF SCRUNCHIES
I like using claw clips instead of scrunchies since it doesnt tug my hair that much and as much as possible iniiwasan ko ma tug yung hair ko sa bandang noo kasi takot ako mapanot

6.) HAIR MEDS???
di ako naghahair meds mahal e and parang di ko pa naman kailangan
