Feb 29 Fauci said there is no need to change lifestyle; March 9th he said healthy people can cruise.

So... What should/would have been diff?
Fauci in a TV interview Feb 29: “Right now, at this moment, there is no reason to change anything you're doing on a day by day basis. Right now the risk is low."

Fauci March 9: Healthy people can go on cruises.

Fauci March 15: No need to stop travel to/from infected states.
