It goes beyond diversity and inclusion. @reynoldspost from @MaynardInst says we need to create "institutions of belonging", where journalists of colour feel not just tolerated, but truly welcome. #decolonisethenews
Real change means white newsroom leaders giving up, or at the very least sharing, some of their power. But @TVMarv says there are huge gains to be made by doing that. #decolonisethenews
